How to Send a Case
How to Send Your Case:

1) After taking the impressions, rinse off any blood or debris and disinfect. Place the disinfected impressions in a specimen bag or plastic sandwich bag and carefully seal.  For everyone's safety: DO NOT USE ANY STAPLES and do not put the lab slip in the bag.  The lab slip may be placed in another bag.

2)  Be sure to enclose any preliminary impressions or pre-op/temp models.  Write the patient's name on any models and wrap them in bubble wrap or paper towels. Write the patient's name on the plastic bag.

3)  Fill out the lab slip completely and place it in the box with your case.


4) For local pick up and delivery customers: Call Nichols to schedule pickup.
For all other customers: Affix the Business Reply Label to the box and give to your postal delivery person or bring to the post office.

Remember:

 ● When sending alginate impressions for opposing models please wrap
    the impression in a very wet paper towel and place in a watertight bag.

 ● Lab working times do not include time the case is in transit.

 ● All rush cases must be pre-scheduled by calling 410-543-8264.
